About

We are a computational group that uses and develops data science approaches for the integrative analyses of large-scale datasets such as transcriptomics, epigenomics and proteomics. One goal for us is to produce comprehensive predictive models of gene regulation for each gene in the human genome, including transcriptional and post-transcriptional regulators stratified by different cell types. These models are being used in collaborative projects and in translational applications, such as the interpretation of noncoding disease mutations and patient-data based treatment decision making. Together with experimental groups we validate predictions that we make to advance biology and medicine. Projects page for more info.
