About
The Institute for Computational Medicine works on computational approaches for the integrative analyses of large-scale datasets such as transcriptomics, epigenomics and proteomics. Our goal is to advance human medicine by designing computational methods to enable personalized medicine applications. These methods are being used in collaborative projects and in translational studies, such as the interpretation of noncoding disease mutations and patient-data based treatment decision making. Together with experimental groups we validate predictions that we make to advance biology and medicine. Projects page for more info.
